We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. We collect personally identifiable information (including name, email address) when supplied through the forms on our website or by email to us.

How do we collect information?
When you send an enquiry through the contact, stalls or sponsors pages we collect personal information you give us such as your name and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above and within the specific pages only.

 

How do we store, use, share and disclose your personal information?
Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  We do not use cookies or tracking tools on our website.

 

When you submit a query through our website we reply from a secure Google email account accessible only by the church fayre coordinator. Your details will be stored securely in the Google email and Google Drive areas for the purposes of the planning of the fayre only.  We will retain the information so that we can contact you again next year for the same purpose (e.g. being a stallholder or sponsor). You can request for this information to be deleted at any time.
