information for stallholders
Please read the following before submitting a form:
Pitches are free, but as this event is designed to raise much-needed funds for the ongoing maintenance of our beautiful church, the only requirement is that every stall organises a fundraising activity, from which the money raised on the day is donated to the church. So please be creative and plan some fun and engaging ideas which people will be keen to take part in. Alternatively, you can donate some or all of your takings during the day as your contribution to the church funds.
Please note: We are inviting sponsors this year to ‘sponsor a stall’ - anything from the Raffle and the BBQ to the Racing Pigs and Refreshments. In return, sponsors will supply a poster or small banner which will be attached to the front of the respective stall, or alongside the bigger stalls. Please therefore be aware that your stall may be sponsored, in which case, we will provide the advertising poster on the day to be fixed to your table or positioned on your stall.
All stall holders will need to supply their own table, chairs and any other equipment needed during the day. Each pitch is approximately 6ft x 3ft so please only bring enough to fit the space. If this presents a particular issue, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help.
Each stall will be allocated up to 2 vouchers for a bacon (or egg) sandwich during setup in the morning and a cup of tea or coffee delivered to your stall during the day itself, as well as a couple of bottles of water to keep you hydrated.
A few weeks before the fayre takes place, we will be arranging preview sessions when you can come along and view your pitch location and ask any questions. These will be taking place in July so look out for future emails with details about these sessions.
